Wiking-Divisioona Oy was established in 1996. The first book published by the company was "Wikingin suomalaiset" (1996), which was rapidly sold out. The book was soon followed by other titles of same subject: "Meine Ehre heisst Treue!" (1999), "Dritte Nordland" (2001) and the Finnish language edition of Wilhelm Tieke's well-known "Das Finnische Freiwilligen Bataillon der Waffen-SS", "Suomalainen SS-pataljoona (2002). Other titles published by the company include "Panzers in Finland 1941-1944" (2000) and "Asepuku m36" (1998).

The company is continuously working on new book projects. Our intention has and always will be in publishing interesting books of very high quality. The majority of the books published by us are - of course - bilingual, English/Finnish. In addition to our own publishing and researching program, Wiking-Divisioona Oy has from the beginning imported foreign military books. The books imported have varied from the history of the Waffen-SS to book covering tanks and common history of the Second World War. Different kind of military collectables have been imported and sold as well.
